Terms and Conditions for “Win a Year Supply of Nericon Wine” Promotion

1. The “Win a Year Supply of Nericon Wine” promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is organised by Dee Vine Estate Australia (hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter”).
2. The Promotion is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
3. The Promotion period begins on July 15, 2023, at 12:00 a.m. (Australian Eastern Standard Time) and ends on October 15, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
4. There are three (3) prizes to be won in the Promotion. Each winner will receive a year’s supply of Nericon Wine, consisting of twelve (12) boxes of Nericon Wine. Each box contains twelve (12) bottles of Nericon Wine. The total approximate retail value of each prize is $2,724, and the combined total value of all three prizes is $8,172.
5. To enter the Promotion via Facebook or Instagram, participants must upload a selfie of themselves to their personal Facebook or Instagram accounts, tagging @deevineestate and using the following hashtags: #siponnericon #nericon #deevine. The Promoter will consider entries that adhere to these requirements as valid entries for the Promotion.
6. Alternatively, participants can enter the Promotion by uploading proof of purchase of Nericon Wine purchased between July 15, 2023, and October 15, 2023, during the promotional period. The proof of purchase submission should clearly show the purchase on the receipt, including the receipt ID.
7. Participants entering the Promotion via social media or proof of purchase submission must ensure that their entries comply with the guidelines and terms of use of the respective social media platforms.
8. Participants must provide accurate information to enter the Promotion. In the event that a participant is selected as a winner, they will be required to provide proof of age (18 years or older) and verify their identity to claim the prize.
9. The winners of the Promotion will be randomly selected on October 20, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. (Australian Eastern Standard Time) at Candid Marketing offices, Shop 5, 4-8 Sanders Street Griffith NSW 2680. The winners will be notified on the same day of the drawing, and the Promoter will contact them through their social media accounts or email addresses based on the method of entry.
10. One winner will be selected from Facebook, one winner will be selected from Instagram, and one winner will be selected from the proof of purchase submissions. Each winner will be contacted separately.
11. By participating in the Promotion, participants acknowledge and agree that their personal data may be collected and used by Dee Vine Estate and its marketing agency for promotional purposes related to the Promotion only, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
12. Participants who enter the Promotion using social media platforms grant Dee Vine Estate and its marketing agency the right to use the imagery supplied for promotional and campaign purposes related to the Promotion.
13. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other items.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unlawful activity.
15. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion, including the selection of winners, is final and binding.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or amend the terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.

By participating in the Promotion, participants fully and unconditionally agree to these terms and conditions.
